Kimberly Gaughran had always wanted to be a REALTOR since she was in high school, and in January 2021, that dream became a reality! Kim finds the real estate market so fascinating and loves how it is connected to all other aspects of our economy in some way. Her life as a REALTOR is different every day and never boring! Kim aims to provide attentive, educated service to all clients. She prides herself on customer service and focuses on helping her clients reach their goals and never settle for less! Her main goal is to educate and assist clients in achieving their real estate dreams all the while participating in her community to support other local businesses. Kim brings with her years of experience in the hospitality industry and customer service. The hospitality business taught Kim so much about different cultures, customs and how to coordinate large groups of people and events. With extensive knowledge of the Connecticut market and a positive, kind, and energetic personality, Kim is fully committed to guiding clients to their success!

Kim was born in Meriden, CT, and currently lives in Cheshire, CT now with her husband, daughter, 2 dogs, and 3 cats!

What made you choose Lamacchia Realty?

“When I got my license in January 2021 I began training with the “Crush It In Real Estate” courses immediately. I felt motivated and empowered to kick butt in the world of real estate. I proceeded to attend every conference and watch every video LaMacchia Realty provided… never thinking they would open an office in Connecticut. So, when I learned that LaMacchia was expanding into my market I immediately had to learn more. And well… it turns out there was more to love! What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“I love – animals, cooking, spending time with my family, sports, the outdoors.”

“Meeting so many people.”

Do you have any pets?

“2 dogs (Boston Terrier named Bailey, Beagle/Pit Mix named Lucie) and 3 cats (Razzle, Franz and Mickey)”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I support as many local humane societies and animal rescues as I can.”

What’s your favorite sport to play or watch?

“UFC is my favorite but I am a huge fan of football and hockey as well.”
